367ph Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "Account Holder") and 367ph ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of all services, games, features, and content available through the 367ph website and any related interfaces located at https://367ph.app and its subdomains.

By completing the registration process, accessing the 367ph Login page, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any part of the 367ph platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to any provision herein, you must immediately discontinue use of the 367ph platform.

367ph reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

To register and maintain an account with 367ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required by the Revised Penal Code, Republic Act No. 9287, and applicable PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style gambling in the Philippines;
• You are a natural person and a resident or citizen of the Republic of the Philippines, or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawfully permitted;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of 367ph, nor a close relative of such a person;
• You are not accessing the platform from a restricted jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by local law;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended, or permanently barred from the 367ph platform.

Each player may hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. 367ph employs technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts.

Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide your active Philippine mobile number, a secure password, and, upon request, additional identifying information. You warrant that all information provided during and after registration is accurate, complete, and truthful. You are obligated to keep your account information current and to promptly notify 367ph of any changes via the Live Chat support channel.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 367ph Login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. Any action taken through your account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawal requests submitted — is deemed to have been authorised by you. 367ph will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to keep credentials confidential.

You must notify 367ph immediately via Live Chat if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. 367ph reserves the right to suspend an account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

367ph is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR's Know Your Customer requirements. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal from your 367ph account.

Required Documents

You will be required to submit a clear, unobstructed photograph of at least one valid government-issued Philippine identification document. Accepted forms of identification include, but are not limited to: UMID, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID, Philippine driver's license, Philippine passport, PRC Professional Regulation Commission ID, Voter's ID, and Senior Citizen ID. 367ph may request front and back copies of the submitted ID. A contemporaneous selfie photograph matching the ID image is required as part of the verification process.

Review and Approval

367ph's compliance team will review submitted documents within a reasonable period, typically within twenty-four (24) hours of submission. 367ph reserves the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are incomplete, unclear, or raise verification concerns. Until KYC verification is completed and approved, withdrawal requests will remain on hold.

367ph may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, request updated or additional verification documents from existing verified account holders where required by law, internal risk policy, or a significant change to the account holder's profile.

All deposits to and withdrawals from 367ph accounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied by 367ph. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. 367ph does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independently.

Accepted Payment Methods

367ph currently accepts the following deposit methods for Philippine-resident players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash-in, and Cebuana Lhuillier. Payment method availability is subject to change. 367ph will provide reasonable notice of any discontinuation of a payment method where practicable.

Funding Requirements

You may only deposit funds from payment instruments that are registered in your own name and linked to your verified identity. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties, including family members, are not permitted and may result in account suspension pending investigation. You represent and warrant that all funds deposited to your 367ph account are derived from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by fully KYC-verified account holders. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible, in accordance with anti-money laundering best practices. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200.

Processing Timeframes

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank are typically processed within the same business day. 367ph does not guarantee processing times, as external factors including payment provider systems and banking hours may affect settlement.

Withdrawal Conditions

367ph reserves the right to delay, hold, or decline a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete or under review; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or terms violation; (c) the withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements; (d) there is a reasonable suspicion of money laundering activity; or (e) the account holder's identity cannot be satisfactorily confirmed.

367ph may impose daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal limits at its discretion. VIP-tier account holders are subject to higher withdrawal limits as detailed in the 367ph VIP Programme terms, which form part of this Agreement.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives issued by 367ph are subject to the specific terms published with each promotion, in addition to these General Terms. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by 367ph are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount (and in some promotions, the deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

Bonus Restrictions

A player may only claim each welcome bonus promotion once. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud and will result in immediate permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances. 367ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.

All slot and RNG (Random Number Generator) games available on 367ph use certified RNG technology that has been independently tested and audited for statistical randomness and fairness by third-party testing laboratories. Game outcomes are not influenced by bet size, account history, VIP tier, or any other player-specific factor.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error during a game round, 367ph's system will attempt to complete the round using the last known game state. If resolution is not possible, the wager for that round will be returned to the player's account. 367ph's decision on the outcome of disputed rounds arising from technical errors is final and binding.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) figures for slot games represent the theoretical long-term statistical payout percentage and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. Short-term results will deviate from theoretical RTP figures due to normal statistical variance.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 367ph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balances, and referral to applicable law enforcement authorities:

• Creating, accessing, or operating multiple 367ph accounts for any purpose;
• Registering or operating an account on behalf of a third party;
• Using another person's identity or payment instrument to register or fund an account;
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or technical errors to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI agents, or software tools to interact with the platform in place of manual human play;
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures (collusion);
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under Philippine law or applicable international regulations;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate deposits or transactions through your payment provider without first pursuing 367ph's internal dispute resolution process;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 367ph support staff or other platform users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 367ph's systems, databases, or the accounts of other users.

367ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered account holders at no cost, accessible via the account settings section after logging in through the 367ph Login page:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to prevent unintended overspending;
• Loss Limits: Define a maximum permissible net loss per session or per period;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session length notifications and cut-offs;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders showing session duration and net position;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend account access for a defined period from 24 hours to six weeks;
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term account closure with access blocked for a minimum of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

367ph operates within the responsible gaming framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players seeking independent responsible gaming guidance may consult official PAGCOR resources and public health information published by Philippine government agencies.

All content on the 367ph platform, including but not limited to the 367ph brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, graphics, game assets, promotional materials, written content, software, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of 367ph or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property law.

No portion of the 367ph platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used to create derivative works without the express prior written consent of 367ph. Your use of the 367ph platform does not grant you any ownership rights or licences in any intellectual property beyond the limited personal, non-commercial, non-transferable right to access the platform for lawful gaming purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 367ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 367ph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond 367ph's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in game content supplied by third-party game providers.

367ph's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player to 367ph in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit 367ph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by mandatory Philippine law.

Voluntary Closure: You may request to close your 367ph account at any time by contacting the Live Chat support team. Prior to closing an active account, you are responsible for withdrawing any eligible balance. Balances below the minimum withdrawal threshold at the time of closure are subject to 367ph's discretionary retention policy as permitted by applicable law.

Involuntary Closure by 367ph: 367ph reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your account and void all associated balances where: (a) you have materially breached any provision of this Agreement; (b) fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity is suspected; (c) a court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement instruction requires account closure; (d) you have provided false or misleading registration information; or (e) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of twenty-four (24) months with a zero balance.

Following involuntary closure for terms violations, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonuses, promotional credits, and disputed amounts) will be retained for a period of up to ninety (90) days pending investigation outcome before a final determination on disposition is made.

In the event of any dispute, complaint, or grievance arising from your use of the 367ph platform, you must first contact 367ph's support team via the 24/7 Live Chat and allow a reasonable period for the matter to be investigated and resolved internally. 367ph will acknowledge all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If a dispute is not resolved to your reasonable satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter through applicable Philippine regulatory channels or through the courts of the Republic of the Philippines as provided in Section 16 of this Agreement.

All decisions made by 367ph with respect to game outcomes and technical malfunctions are final. Where a dispute relates exclusively to the outcome of an RNG game or live dealer table, 367ph's decision — supported by server-side game logs — is conclusive.

367ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via in-account notification, email (where an email address is on file), or a prominent notice on the 367ph website for a period of no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, unless immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time of any event or transaction shall govern that event or transaction. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document reflects the date on which the current version entered into force. Prior versions of these Terms are archived and available upon written request to 367ph's support team.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any legal action or proceeding arising from or relating to this Agreement, including claims in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.

Nothing in this clause shall affect 367ph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where urgently required to protect its legitimate interests.
